Terms and Conditions I. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.1. These general conditions of sale are presented in French and brought to the knowledge of each client to enable ordering. These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between the company

1.2. Consequently, the placing of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions customer sales.
1.3. Any special conditions or other terms and conditions by the customer may not, without the express consent of MAAT-Editions, prevail over these terms.

< br /> II. Order taking and confirmation

2.3. The right of withdrawal 7 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of software or applications. Also, the client can not rely on it. III. Price
3.1. The prices indicated on the order are quoted in Euros.

IV. Payment order
4.1. Payment is made online by credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
This is why it is not practiced discount terms, or penalties for late Payment.
4.2. The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount debited from the credit card used will depend on the course of the day Euro rate and any exchange fees charged by the bank issuing the card.

V. Product delivery
5.1. Preparation and delivery of products
5.1.1. Packages are prepared and packaged by MAAT-Editions in a closed container, resistant, suitable content and transport requirements.
