I. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.1. These general conditions of sale are presented in French and brought to the knowledge of each client to enable ordering. These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between the company MAAT-Editions

2.1. The customer undertakes to fulfill the order with precision and different educate existing entries (address, delivery address, payment method, ...). All data recorded and confirmed valid proof of the transaction. Confirmation worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will email confirmation of the order recorded.
If error in the address of the recipient, MAAT-Editions will not be held responsible for failure of delivery to the addressee. Costs related to re-route the package to another recipient or a new shipping address will be at the customer's expense.

MAAT-Editions reserves the right to reject any order due to insufficient stock, incomplete customer information, or for any other lawful reason. 2.3. The right of withdrawal 7 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of software or applications. Also, the client can not rely on it. However, a change or cancellation of its share will be taken into account insofar as the package is in preparation. The price will be refunded but a penalty for administrative expenses and management in the amount of 10 € will be applied.
2.4. However, from the moment the package is delivered to the carrier, no changes or cancellations can not be taken into account and the price paid will not be refunded.
III. Price
3.1. The prices indicated on the order are quoted in Euros.
3.2. Shipping fees are extra. Shipping rates depend on the destination, weight and size of the parcel. They include a contribution to the cost of preparing the package and freight itself. For more information on these rates, you can contact us.
IV. Payment order
4.1. Payment is made online by credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
This is why it is not practiced discount terms, or penalties for late Payment.
4.2. The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount debited from the credit card used will depend on the course of the day Euro rate and any exchange fees charged by the bank issuing the card.
4.3. To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Outstanding orders can not be delivered.
