Terms and Conditions I. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.1. These general conditions of sale are presented in French and brought to the knowledge of each client to enable ordering. These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between the company

1.2. Consequently, the placing of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions customer sales.
1.3. Any special conditions or other terms and conditions by the customer may not, without the express consent of MAAT-Editions, prevail over these terms.
1.4. Any contrary condition the customer will be in default of acceptance expressly unenforceable against MAAT-Editions whatever time it may have been brought to its attention.
1.5. That MAAT-Editions does not prevail at a given time of any of these terms of sale, can not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent such conditions.
< br /> II. Order taking and confirmation
2.1. The customer undertakes to fulfill the order with precision and different educate existing entries (address, delivery address, payment method, ...). All data recorded and confirmed valid proof of the transaction. Confirmation worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

2.3. The right of withdrawal 7 days does not apply to contracts for the supply of software or applications. Also, the client can not rely on it. However, a change or cancellation of its share will be taken into account insofar as the package is in preparation. The price will be refunded but a penalty for administrative expenses and management in the amount of 10 € will be applied.
2.4. However, from the moment the package is delivered to the carrier, no changes or cancellations can not be taken into account and the price paid will not be refunded.

III. Price
3.1. The prices indicated on the order are quoted in Euros.
3.2. Shipping fees are extra. Shipping rates depend on the destination, weight and size of the parcel. They include a contribution to the cost of preparing the package and freight itself. For more information on these rates, you can contact us.

IV. Payment order
4.1. Payment is made online by credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
This is why it is not practiced discount terms, or penalties for late Payment.
4.2. The currency used for the transaction is the Euro. The amount debited from the credit card used will depend on the course of the day Euro rate and any exchange fees charged by the bank issuing the card.

V. Product delivery
5.1. Preparation and delivery of products
5.1.1. Packages are prepared and packaged by MAAT-Editions in a closed container, resistant, suitable content and transport requirements.
